And of course, a few attempts at artsy shots.

Hamming it up for Dad

Dad and I got up extra early Saturday morning. I don't think he was excited as I was about being up early. He lay back down on the couch while I played with toys and read books. I offered him my duckie blanket and pasy. Anyhoo, after breakfast I sat in the big chairs at the dining room table. It was quite a novelty. My diaper made the neatest swishing noise when I spun on my bum. I guess I was being cute because I was blind by the time Dad was done taking my picture.

Sending a postcard to Aunt Molly & Uncle Kenny

Sesame Street is one of my favorite shows. On its website, Grover helps you send postcard emails. Even though I haven't been to Mexico, Aunt Molly and Uncle Kenny have and I thought they might enjoy an e-postcard to remind them of their honeymoon.

Meg, have you seen Maeve?

Dad's travel to Puerto Rico

Dad had been traveling to Puerto Rico for work over the past couple of years. He recently had his last trip to the island and brought home a few photos. The first picture is the Arecibo observatory as seen in the James Bond movie Golden Eye. The other pictures are from Old San Juan, which is the fortress city built by the Spanish.

So the sprinkler instead

So back to the house where I found the sprinkler to be much more entertaining. After some initial technical difficulties things were up and running, and I had a blast.

July 4th at the beach

Memorial Day weekend I really enjoyed the beach, but this go around not so much. At least not the water. I did play in the sand with Dad and completely covered myself in sand.

Fun at the park

There is an elementary school near the house. When Mom and Dad want to wear me out (they don't think I know what's going on), we're off to the playground. I enjoy the slides a lot, which I do solo.
